This Privacy Policy explains how Protokoll ("the App", "we", "us") processes personal data when you use the App to create on-site handover protocols. We are committed to processing data lawfully under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection law.

We process data to perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable service (Art. 6(1)(f)). Voice recordings are processed on the basis of your contract and your active choice to record.
Processors act on our documented instructions under data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, transfers are safeguarded by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Protocols and associated media are retained while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. You may delete individual protocols in the App, and you may request full deletion of your account and data at any time.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact info@bashabsheh-vergabepartner.de.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we maintain technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk.
The App is a professional business tool and is not directed to children under 16.
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the App or legal requirements. Material changes will be indicated by the "Last updated" date above.
